I do realise that completing the mortgage process is a bumpy road but at the end of the day the deal got done. We would recommend Veterans United.

Our experience was absolutely fantastic right up until the moment we closed on our home a month ago. Since then, it has proven to be quite difficult to get answers or information in general from anyone. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service we've received since we closed.

Chris Lippmann is very helpful and he works to help you as much as he can. When he asks for forms, send them as soon as you can because that helps him to process your loan faster.
I would recommend VU to some of my other veteran friends when they look for their homes in the future.
Plan for slight delays and about a 30-60 day find house to closing day. Don't be afraid to reach out, someone always answers as promptly as possible. Be straight forward and honest about what you want, what you need, and deal breakers and you will find your forever home.
Christie Thomason was superb in providing support throughout the process. If it wasn’t for her I would have opted out and gotten a loan elsewhere.
I couldn’t have asked for a better loan officer. Danny took the time to explain each step and answered all of our questions, even when they were asked 3 or 4 times. Our loan had a couple of unexpected turns and some complications, but Danny went above and beyond to work with us and advocate on our behalf to get our loan closed with as little frustration as possible for us. I will be recommending Veterans United and Danny Davis for any of my friends looking to buy or refinance with a VA loan.
