Interface between underwriting and closing, especially closing, and timeliness providing packet to Title company could improve
Horrible and frustrating experience...had to delay closing due to VU's failure to provide documents in time for the appointment. Last minute verifications should have been checked completed sooner. Would not recommend VU!

Andy and his team did a great job. Good communication, on top of the entire process while the seller had to extend the closing date five times. I am sure they were as frustrated as I was, and they remained professional and focused.
