Be prepared for delays due to dealing with a system that involves several departments instead of a single individual like a loan officer. Companies like VUHomeLoans must continuously seek to improve internal communications between the various persons and departments working to review, verify and approve the loan process to avoid duplicitous request for information that cause frustrations and delays to applicants and to the final approval of loan requests.
