I came back to them in 2020 as I relocated from FL to PA because of the great experience I had the first time. In 2020 I was able to purchase a home and couldn't be happier with my experience. This time they continued to exceed my expectations and again have the best customer service. They are knowledgeable, reliable, and take the time to answer questions while making completing the requirements very easy. With their help I was clear to close over a week before my closing date.

As a first time buyer i can say this was as paint by numbers Barney style you can get. Everything you need to get done is either on the site listed as to-do or with your agent. Like i said i was a first time buyer if anyone else was easy to use like Veterans United i would be shocked.

I didnt like that I had to keep asking questions and logging in for updates, there were times that documents were requested but I didn't find out until the day they were due. Outside of that Jon and Kyle were super nice and responded very fast to my emails.
