Veterans United I have to say is a well thought out company. I would recommend them to anybody that was looking to buy a home. They make home shopping very very easy and not complicated in the application process. This is the way it should be when applying for a home loan and the process of purchasing a home. These people are so professional and their work courtesy making sure they call you text you email you with updates any questions that you may have please call if it wasn’t for my experience previously I would have a lot of questions but I didn’t but I know that they would’ve answered each and everyone of them. I want to come in each and everyone of them that were involved in this process thank you thank you and thank you so much for making it so enjoyable. This is what purchasing a home should be like happy enjoyable exciting and this is the way the business loan should be as well as purchasing a car should be not ours is sitting around and waiting go home do what you need to do and will be in contact with you. This is the second time we have used Veterans United to refinance different properties. We have recommended to our friends and family with varying degrees of satisfaction. The first time in 2016 was a breeze even with some hiccups along the way. Not sure if it was the Pandemic or just the load of other buyers and refinance loans going on that REALLY slowed down the process the second time. Took more than 2 months the second time.
