There are a lot of VA Lenders out there but you won't find any that does a better job and works harder for you than Veterans United. This is our second home thru VU and just like our first home, they did a superb job and made sure everything went according to plan.

My team was great! All of them are very knowledgeable in their jobs and it makes everything easier. Jamie Hughes explained the details in the VA home loan process so I can understand. As a first time buyer and doing it alone it helped me so much! My real estate agent was outstanding too! He went out of his way to help me find my perfect home! He was with me every step of the way. If you want a lender who is your partner throughout the entire home buying process, look no further than Veterans United. They are professional, responsive and extremely knowledgeable.
I would strongly recommend that if you are new to buying a home that you find someone that you know and trust to help you understand the paperwork you receive. Do not expect that all the numbers and data are in order. I was able to catch several mistakes and in the end it was corrected but I may have missed on an opportunity to secure a better loan.

I don't usually write reviews but these folks,Eleonora Martinez my real estate agent and Jerry Simons and his team are the best. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home.
My Agent Ryan Sherman, walked me though the long process of getting documentation, advising me on each step as we moved forward and guided the process to closure as smoothly as possible. He never failed to return my calls promptly, I greatly appreciated that as you never know when a return call will come, but he was always withing 30 minutes, not hours or days as I have experienced. He made me feel as if my mortgage was his prime concern and was always there for me taking care of my business.
VU was very patient with us, while we were trying to find something in this very unreasonable market that is happening at the moment in Colorado. It took more than a year and required us to search the entire length of the state and into other states to find the right house, but once it was found, the process was facilitated rather quickly.
