I'm not an easy person to work with. I can't bring my phone to work and by the time I got off shift, they were closed for the day. I practically did everything through voicemails and texts. This proved to be of zero consequence because the VU team has an extremely easy UI/platform and they explained everything I needed to do in enough detail to where I never needed to call them. On top of all this I never worried about my loan throughout the entire process.
Veterans United works hard to help Veterans achieve the goal of home ownership. We enjoyed our experience with them through our 1st home purchase as well as our refinance. They make home buying seem easy! Not all lenders have extensive knowledge of VA loans so working with a company like Veterans United took a lot of that stress away for us. It would've been nice to have had a rate lock guarantee, where I could had a rate guarantee that I could have rates if they went lower. There are some banks that offer this.

A friendly and professional lendor who is easy to deal with. They make sure you are always on the right track to close on your home and are quick to answer any questions you may have. The website is very easy and user friendly when downloading documents in preparation for a closing. This was my sixth home purchase and I don't think I will ever use anyone else again . Top notch!
