Veterans United does not have the veterans in there best interest this company is primarily interested in commissions through out the process there where major break downs in communication both verbally and electronically. Had I not called everyday to constantly check in then I would be hit with unforeseen surprises around every corner. Veterans United made the most horrible experience in my life to purchase home with there constantly yo yoing with improper information or lack of information. In the near future I will go out of my way to use Credit Union. I would never want another veteran to experience what I went through. In no way has Veterans United made my home buying experience happy or joy full. I have had better experience in overseas deployments than this experience. Will never use Veterans United again. Trust me a cutting board and T-shirt does not cover the hell they put me through.
