Veterans United was fantastic in helping me purchase my first home. Their website makes it easy to upload all documents and see what's pending. In fact, my actual closing took less than 10 minutes simply because most of the paperwork is done online prior to closing! I have actually already recommended VU to military friends! Joshua Grove was the loan officer assigned to me, and he was FANTASTIC! Joshua was incredibly competent, timely, communicative, and patient. He explained the home buying process to me with ease and to my satisfaction. He gave me regular updates of the status of everything. He was so prompt and helpful and on top of things, I was able to close on 25 DAYS using a VA Home Loan! (Apparently, this is rare.) I am incredibly happy with my home and my entire experience with Veterans United! I've recommended them to friends already!
I will think twice before I use Veteran's United again in the future.

I have heard how home buying can be a bad experience, and that VA has tough hoops to jump through, we did not see any of that, in fact it was remarkably void of issues.
