Easy to use website and To-Do-List with helpful videos to guide you along. HOWEVER, Agent to Client communication is lacking. I felt alone and felt out of the loop. I was not verbally informed ahead of time about all the fees I'd have to come up with on my end.I informed them I had NOTHING TO PUT DOWN yet after it was all over I had to put down 500.00 to hold the place as well as additional $2000 out of pocket in home inspection, appraisal and remaining closing costs... It took a toll that I am no longer excited about buying a house...I feel robbed and mislead. If I knew what I was getting into I would have waited..

The application for the loan, for a guy that still counts on his fingers, was a GOOD learning time ,but I had a very excellent teacher who did her job well.Some other person would have dumped me early on

The staff at Veterans United were not only professional and helpful. They gave us ideas to make the process a lot less stressful. They always made time to answer our questions. This was especially helpful with all the confusion and uncertainty of dealing with pandemic, loan paperwork and 16-hour shifts.

Overall I was very please in the whole process. No hidden information and everything was up front. The team of Tim Wuest and Heather Ottinger were AWESOME!!!! Heather is one of those individuals that like to get in there and get her hands dirty. She wants to make sure everything is done correctly before it goes to the underwriters, as it should be. She is non-stop. She will walk you through steps and stay on the phone with you while doing this regardless of how long it would take. I was so pleased in their courteous and caring attitude towards me, something that most companies don't do.... Highly recommend Veterans United Home loans to anyone.....
