If a Veteran is buying a home, I would highly recommend Veteran’s United. They are extremely professional, friendly and proficient. They offered great rates with exceptional service. I will definitely use them again!
The only thing I would suggest is a quicker email response. It seemed to take at least a day or two at times to get a response back during the process. Right at the very end when I had emailed regarding if we were being funded on the 30th. I got a response a few hours later stating that "we were funded as planned". I wasn't sure what that meant and responded asking if that meant we were being funded that day. I never received a response back. We did have the money in the bank the following morning but it would have been nice to get a response to the question regardless.
Other than that, everything went fine.
