Tyler was outstanding to work with! He was with us every step of the way. We could call or text him with any questions and he’d respond immediately. We’ve owned two homes before and used the VA Home Loan each time. This is the first time we used Veterans United. This was by far the best experience we’ve had. I would highly recommend Tyler to anyone interested in purchasing a home and to anyone using the VA Home Loan!
Shawn Stewart and Cara Belcher are a great team when it comes to handling your VA loan. Despite all the paperwork needed for the process of buying a home, they never made it feel overwhelming. They were there every step of the way, and handled any hiccups that occurred and stayed on top of our loan as if it was the only one they were working on. Would highly recommend them to anyone, and already have to several people.
If you're new to the process don't go with veteran united. Its a frustrating experience.
