The online service of Veterans United made home buying as quick and easy as it could be; which is GREAT for a high stress experience in first time buyers. I love the To-Do list and that I was able to look at any documents, as long as I have online access. The loan team was great. The only mishap I had was getting a request for documents at an inconvenient time with a short time frame. However, it turned out to be an easy adjustment with no worries. And if that’s my only complaint, I think I’m very fortunate. VU also surprised me with a personalized blanket which really put a cherry on top and put my spirits up for home buying again. Would definitely recommend

I enjoyed working with Veterans United Home Loans. Their electronic platform to submit documents and receive information is user friendly and can be easily accessed on a mobile device.
