Awesome ????????

Veterans United is for the solider and not themselves. We were able to learn this with our experience we had with them.
If you are needing help, you can trust Veterans United.

Any veteran who is getting a VA home would be making a big mistake not using Veterans United.

Thank you Veterans United for you service to us.

Our real estate agent said this was the first time he has ever worked with my veterans united and said if he ever has another veteran he would definitely tell them to use your team.

Veterans United answered all my questions in a timely fashion. Thank you!

All of the members of the team including Jerry and Danielle were fantastic in this whole process.

Our experience was a good one. Nick and his team made everything run smooth.

My local area has strong bias against VA loans due to past experiience. Many will not consider VA offers. This effectively amounts to discrimination against veterans. A benefit is not a benefit if you can't gain access. Will McCullah and the whole veterans united team did such a great job that many people said it was a better experience than other loan types. Veterans United's work will go a long way in changing realtor, loan providers, and clients false perception of the VA process and increase opportunities for veterans. Thanks!

Overall great experience. My work and life schedule is often very hectic and my loan officer, Zach Kieffer was always prompt in all responses and locked in my rate when requested.
The online document submittal was easy to use and a good way to check status of the home refinance status.
I do not recommend companies that do not exceed expectations to friends, coworkers or family but with the great job Zach did and the easy process the refinancing was, I have already provided Zach's contact to my employees and coworkers.
Overall, good experience!

I want to leave an honest review of our experience, even though I know it's not going to be nice. First off, we were approved, we have our home and love it, so I'm hoping a negative post will not hurt the next 30 years of a mortgage. The process started off wonderful and both of us as veterans, we were very very happy we choose veterans united. We were pre approved and within 2 weeks were under contract for a brand new built home. The process was lengthy, 6.5 months from pre approval to closing. During the build veterans united was great at asking for what they needed to get our loan as "close to approval" as they can so we wont be let down at the end. We appreciated that. Closing is where everything went horrible. They disappeared. Every contact we tried to make, every question was answered with an attitude, like we were annoying them, my wife even told me I'm not dealing with them anymore, you do it. Closing was pushed back 5 times! Because it was obvious no body knew what they were doing. Every time closing was set, 48 hours before, 12 hours before, it was meant with another extension because paperwork wasent ready, they needed more things, people weren't working or on vacation. They had 5 months to get everything together but here comes closing and no one was ready! After a possible 6th extension and a month after our original close date we finally got mean and said get it done or we are pulling out, next morning everything was signed and done. The realtor they recommended was also great at the beginning, until we decided the 3rd house we thought we liked we decided it just wouldnt work. After that, she disappeared until the final closing moments and then bam shes back doing her job.No one accompanied us to our new house, no pictures were taken. The keys, there was no special moment, we were told they would be waiting in the electrical box outside for us. They weren't. Instead, a neighbor was called by the builders agent to run around to all the new builds looking for our keys.We love our house, we have wanted this dream for so long. We are young adults, barely in our 30s, our first home purchase is supposed to be filled with happiness, surprise, special moments. Instead what we got was stress, anger, frustration, confusion. I hope I never buy another house again just because I dont want to go through this again. Very disappointed in the process of everyone involved but still very happy to have been approved and have a brand new house where we can raise our 4 children and grow old together with my wife. Ya it was rough but we still made a dream come true thanks to veterans united.
Response from Veterans United
Thank you for providing us with this detailed feedback Bryan. This allows us to use the information you provided to find ways to prevent these issue for other Veterans. We're sorry things got a little rocky around the closing, and our Client Advocate team will research the information you've provided. We're very grateful you and your family are enjoying your home.
Miss Jenny was a fantastic help. Made almost every thing run quickly and smoothly.
Two miner glitches. Neither were Miss Jennys' fault. One outside of VU's or Miss Jennys' control. The appraiser took an extremely long time getting his work done and submitted. The second, I believe is an institutional issue. Since VU specializes in VA loans and the VA requires a water/well test for those homes not on a public water system, The question of wether or not the property is on a well or public water supply should be a part of the initial
interview process. That way a water test can be done in a timely manner rather than at the end of the loan process. In the end we worked through it and Miss Jenny was extremely helpful. I thank you all for helping me work through the process. I promise you I will recommend VU to everyone I know and meet.

Everything went well, much quicker than we expected! Will recommend to anyone

Sarah and Josh walked me through step by step with encouragement, helpful tips and reasonable time limits.
