Veterans United is the only way to go! Every single person I interacted with was truly exceptional; in knowledge, customer service, experience and efficiency. As a first time home buyer, they made the process as smooth as possible for my husband and I. We always knew what was expected from us and if I had a question, it was answered promptly! I worked with Kindra during our process of building our credit up to purchase, Ginny as our loan officer and Brett as our loan coordinator. I can't say enough about this team! They worked with my husband and I from start to finish and made us feel like family. This is an experience I will remember fondly for the rest of my life. I don't think I would ever use your company again. In fact there were several times I almost did go somewhere else. You really need to get your act together when using the App. You rely on it WAY WAY WAY too much. It should be a "tool" not your media for communication.
