The Veteran's United team made this process seamless for us. I recommend any veteran looking to purchase a home to do so through Veteran's United. They truly made sure that we were able to close on our dream home in a timely manner with the proper security, insurance, etc. I'm grateful for my team, they kept in constant contact with me and kept me up to date and current on what needs to be done (special shout out to Sean Dobkins and Frank James Roscoe Jr.!). I'd recommend them to anyone!

Communication definelty needs improvement. One min they are in top of things, then you hear nothing for days. The underwriting process was a nightmare, I never want to buy another house again if that's what I have to go through every time. If it wasn't for Brittany and Rachel, I wouldn't be in my new home, but she did give me a scare and almost lost all of it, but she was smart and went Above and beyond to get me in my new home!! Overall very happy,just NY is so tough especially with the lawyers
