Veterans United was very helpful and easy to work with from the start I will definitely reccomend all of my friends contact them if they are looking for a home.
I have purchased 7 homes using my VA benefit. Veterans United has been, by far, my worst experience. It started off fine with Asli as she worked on my pre-approval. She got my pre-approval letter to me very quickly. Shortly thereafter, Asli was no longer working on my loan and Nathaniel took over the handling of my loan process. It truly seemed as though he had never been involved in the VA loan process, and that I was a guinea pig. There was nothing proactive about the process. Everything was a last minute requirement for some new document, up to and including, the morning of closing. I was asked for the same documents on several occasions, even though I had already uploaded them into the VU system. This entire process has been so mentally and emotionally fatiguing that I don’t want to think about it any more.

Overall amazing experience. First time buyer and I had very little idea on how the VA worked and they held my hand all the way. It was super easy to call for easy question. I never felt unwelcomed and I've already was telling my friends about them before I even closed.
