If anyone is on the fence about using Veterans United then let me just say you won't regret your decision one bit. We were first time home buyers and clueless about the process but Veterans United made it so easy. It was all online through their portal which was amazing- no glitches of any kind. There were tons of tutorials to walk you through the process and to answer any questions, not to mention the staff was always readily available and super knowledgeable about the entire process. In all honesty, I just can't recommend Veterans United enough. They got us into our dream house within 45 days. The appraiser was finished with his report within a couple of days from being contacted and the loan team was able to get us cash back at closing! The realtor they selected was fantastic. Seriously- it was easy as pie. Just do it!
Brian was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. He explained to me every step of the way what was needed and answered my questions. He stayed in touch via email and a couple of phone calls to keep me up to date - great communication. It was a no hassle process. I was totally satisfied with him and the Veterans United team.
