Moving and purchasing a new home when you live on a fixed income can be extremely stressful. Add on top of that being a disabled person and senior citizen and it can become a disaster waiting to happen. This is why I choose to work with Veterans United. Misinformed and didn’t keep me updated on chnages. As a company you guys suck I have an open complain with the better business bureau. Also called up the VA working with them on a complaint against your company as well. One of the worse experiences of my life and I’ve been to Iraq.

Again everyone was patient in explaining the processes. On hand when ever I had a question or concerns. I made an account in August 2024 I believe, and the team had me pre approved some time in February. By May 7, 2025 I officially closed on my first home. There isn't enough room on this page to express how wonderful Veterans United, Jacob and his team were. We are not first time home buyers nor VA Loan buyers, and this experience by far has exceeded our expectations. Jacob, was always there communicating and answering any questions we might have had, even with the time difference living in Belgium. We worked together and was able to get pre-approved, find a home, and close in an extremely short period of time. There were absolutely no hiccups. We will definitely be calling on Jacob in the future. Ms. Dene' Lorenzen, Loan Coordinator, was just as amazing as Jacob. She called, spoke with us and made sure we completed all our do lists, kept us up to speed.
