Overall VU was the most streamlined process I have ever used for obtaining a VA mortgage loan. From application to pre-approval took less than 10 minutes, and every step beyond was communicated thoroughly and completely. I allowed VU to drive the process and was never put in a position where I felt like I was missing something.
