I can’t say enough good things about my Veterans United team. From the moment I reached out, they treated me with patience, and genuine care. Buying a home was my dream of mine at times it felt overwhelming, but they made the entire experience smooth, transparent, and even enjoyable.My team communicated with me constantly and never left me guessing about what came next. They explained things in a way that made sense, guided me through every document, and always checked in on how I was doing throughout the process.What meant the most was how personal the experience felt. Was on top of all issues. Maintained constant communication with our realitor. The covered all aspects of moving to include providing information like utilities and additional information on home security, internet and so on. Highly recommend.
Can definitely find better rates at a different lender. Felt taken advantage of and communication was also not the best!
