Dennis did a great job after it was passed to his department. There was a couple forms I needed from the IRS and he detailed directions on what I needed to do to obtain them. Veterans United came through with flying colors. They were helpful in every way. It was stressful at times of all the information and things to do. Not many people like paper work anyway.
