Just only speaking from my personal experience going through the entire process from the beginning to the end. Jeremy Landrey and Tiffani Kovac, made our life easy. Any questions or concerns that we had, they got back with us, quickly and answered our concerns and put our minds at ease. Veterans United was a great company to help us in the process of refinancing our mortgage. They helped in getting us a fantastic rate and explained it step-by-step. They did a lot of “the leg work”, which relieved our having to fumble through it. We would definitely recommend them.
Highly recommend using. Loan fee is a little pricey but using veterans unitard it makes everything so easy and painless

VU took the stress out of the home buying process. For first time homebuyers like my husband and I we definitely needed the assistance to begin the process, and the loan team ensured to keep us up to date!
My only suggestion for a more personal experience is to have someone from Veterans United attend the closing. Throughout the entire process, I never met anyone from Veterans. Had we had that personal contact, it would've made the experience a more meaningful one. Instead of having the thank you gift sent directly to the client's home, stop by the closing to give the gift personally; that will provide a more impactful and memorable experience. Just a thought!

Veterans United could not make it any easier to buy a home or refinance. We have done both in the past year and have really appreciated their help and enjoyed working with them. Keep in mind you have to be willing to do the work! Get your ducks in a row and be realistic about your home buying expectations. Respond to emails and upload requested documents in a timely fashion and things will go smoothly. You can't go wrong with Veterans United!!
