Bill and Alycea are a great team. The were willing and ready to walk us through the process. Once I told them that we had to stay in a hotel while in transition between selling our house and buyIng our new house, they were able to speed things up in order to closed ahead of schedule.
If you want a trouble-free home financing (or re-financing) under VA, this group is the way to go! I absolutely despise paperwork, but they were the 'spoonful of sugar' that made that medicine go down. Highly recommended!

VU was exceptional and very easy to use. I really loved being able to upload my documents to my file online as well as electronically sign and view documents. The process was a breeze. My loan assistant was professional, made me feel comfortable, and kept me updated consistently.

Very easy to work with and constant updates
If you use them because you don't have to put money down, check around. Navy Federal credit union and USAA will do the same. This people don't communicate with you are explain the contract to you. They don't answer all your question. Very disappointed.
