Right from the beginning they were very clear on what we should expect and how much money can we save. We do received some offers from other lenders that seems to be good to be true. We were right majority of those offers could actually put us more in debt. Sam Yoo and his team did a great explanation on why we should lock in to this rate with no closing cost. One thing about working with Veterans United is how organize they are when it comes to paper works. We never experienced any headache/pressure during the process. While I was extremely impressed with the level of service provided by Matt and the rest of the team, the title company I closed with commented over and over on how they had never worked with a mortgage company that provided documentation as rapidly as VU. On closing day, the title company employee had a couple of questions which were answered immediately via email. Fantastic!!
