The good my loan got approved at a good interest rate. The Bad. I almost was unable to close on my home due to the going past the promised loan closing date by 7 days. Communication towards the final days were hard to come by and almost seemed as if they were dodging my calls. I had to resubmit additional paperwork that the loan team already had which further delayed my underwriting process. It almost seemed as if I had to spoon feed everything to them.
