They were able to answer all my questions and they even sent me updated information as my loan went through its process. They even send me a list for all my new house bills and who to contact for them. They made sure I was set up with the right agent. And made sure that we were happy with everything.
Veterans United is the way to go. The process was handled online but they were always available to answer any questions I had. Very streamlined. Would DEFINITELY recommend them to any Vet looking to purchase or refi.
