Veterans can not go with this company
I would recommend Veterans United Home Loans to any veteran seeking to purchase a home using his VA Loan.
I applaud Veterans United! they are a team and work together for their clients. they are available 24/7 to help with any questions I had. guided me through the bumps in the road. Encouraged me on when I began to loose hope in finding a home. They were always positive, and upbeat. I doubt that there is a better group of people within a team that is better than them. They are amazing. with out them and their help. I doubt I would be moving into my first home. Ryan gave me my first hope when I did not have any, his actions allowed me to believe again that this dream of mine was not only possible but would be a reality if I trusted him and his team. and not once did any of them let me down. In ending I cannot say enough positive words to relay, how great they are. I am happy to tell anyone and everyone to go to their web site and begin the process of buying their home be it a first or a fifth they will not regret their decision to move forward in their search for a new home.

Would definitely recommend Veterans United. They made the process go smoothly especially with my husband away at Army training.
I love this company. They cater to your individual needs and set you up for success! Derek and his assistant Andrew were incredible and I can't believe how much I actually enjoyed the process and opportunity to work with this wonderful company. I can't thank them enough and look forward to future interactions with Veterans United!
Matt and his staff kept me informed and pushed to finish my loan earlier than planned and was able to get us closed a week early. I would like to thank them and wish them the best from the bottom of our hearts.
Thanks Again, Sam/Cecile
I highly recommend Veterans United Home Loans, the people are highly trained, and very professional. I received a great rate, and they made the process of buying a home very pleasant. I will highly recommend them to friends, family, and other veterans. Thanks again Craig Brumfield, and your teammates.
Debbie and Nicole are amazing and they went far above what other representatives from other loan companies would do to take care of us They always keep us up on what needed to be done and always sent us follow up what we needed.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.
The length of time it took to Close was discouraging, however, one must realize the process, which was all new to me. Dealing with third parties such as Lawyers from the State your purchasing in, title searches, and the process in general, became one delay after another. The answer to that was, " Just follow our lead and we will lead you to the table." need I say more? I now have dinner at my new home. TY VU !
I have copy/pasted an email I sent earlier to Aaron. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
I got your email yesterday asking for feedback and wanted to close the loop. I never received any sort of automated email asking for comments, but, now that the process is complete, I wanted to give you some areas of concern that I hope you can address in the future:
-When the initial paperwork came back to us with incorrect information, including declaring our net worth at $2.9M, we pointed out the discrepancy and were told to sign the document “as-is,†regardless of the error. Obviously we were not willing to do this, and we found the suggestion disconcerting. Once we ironed out the problem, we did appreciate you taking the extra steps necessary to keep the loan on track.
-About 10 days prior to closing, you called me to check in and gave me the incorrect close date (one week earlier) and appraisal value ($40,000 less) for the home. I understand you can’t possibly remember all of that information for every loan you are servicing, but because you called me, I would have expected critical information on my loan to be available and accurate.
-Finally, when you sent us the appraisal, you sent us John Dreano’s W-9 Form, complete with social security number, over email. Ironically, the email contained a notice that it is not a secure medium and that social security numbers and other personal information should not be sent through it. For my wife and me, who both recently had our identities stolen from the Office of Personnel Management, this was very disturbing, especially given all of our personal information that is now in your possession.
Overall, out of three mortgages and one refinance that we’ve been through, this was our worst experience. The service simply did not match the referrals and reputation that your office has garnered. My hope is that you use this feedback to continue improving, specifically addressing your personal information policies with your office as well as John Dreano.
I’m happy to discuss further over the phone if you like, and I hope you enjoy the Thanksgiving weekend.
Any veteran should check with Veterans United before going with any other lender and compare the difference. They are there to look out for you.
Been renting for a long time! I ran into problems worst than before these last few months with new renters.. time to go before an incident occurs. MR. PARKER got it done! He and his team should get the humanitarian award! Thank you sir. Thank u much!!
The loan specialists need to remember, they do home loans everyday, borrowers don't. This may be the 1st house we've ever bought or, it's been so long since the last one, we've forgotten the process. We are generally scared, stressed, anxious & excited. Some of us have no idea how the process works. Explanations of everyday banking terms and real life expectations needs to be targeted more toward the inexperienced home buyer.
