Katie tried to sell me an inferior loan product, and the two customer advocates I spoke to made excuses, failed to deliver in their promises for follow-through, and used delaying my closing as a scare tactic. This company fought so hard to keep me from learning about the better loan on the table that it's hard to believe it wasn't intentional. If I were less persistent, or less financially literate, VU would have happily kept an extra $2K of my life savings.

We changed to Veteran's United and our loan officer (Jeremy Arnold) was a pleasure to deal with. He walked us through every step of the funding process and quickly got us approved. Highly recommend using Veteran's United if you are buying a home.
