When I googled (03/14/25) "best VA home loans" Veterans United came right up. Soon after I filled out the info needed, and I clicked "enter" on my keyboard. Nathan contacted me with in 10-15 mins. He got the ball running so fast for a pre-approval I was so surprised how fast this went. 30 days from start to finish to be exact closing (04/15/25)! Friday I was pre-approved, I found a house Saturday and made an offer that Sunday. Offer was accepted the following Monday and off we went!I started receiving emails, phone calls, and they created a text thread for the whole team and myself! That was amazing! Rynda joined the thread, and her communication was top notch and the cheering through the text was very uplifting. She kept me informed all the way through the whole time adding to the "to do" list in the app. Having this app is the best! Hands down, no issues w/ paperwork or endless copies to be re-done it keeps you on the right track the whole time, the text thread was very nice and helpful! Then Jasin my concierge was amazing he kept me up to date on anything I needed when it came to utilities, locations or support for the home or just to check in. Abbie was the next member to contact me with all my insurance requirements and she saved me a bunch of money by bundling all of insurance required to include my auto, she was quick with answers and for the documents needed signed. All the team members support you and with their hard work and dedication I was able to achieve my dream home and put a true foundation down for my family. I had the best realtor who worked with this whole team, and we had "ZERO" issues though this entire prosses. I wasn't stressed at all because you guys took care of me so well. Thank you
