Initially communication was very good. Then about 3 weeks into the process, it significantly declined. We never felt like we never knew what was happening in the process and there were countless times we would call and ask questions and either never received a call back or never received an answer.
Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. I would absolutely recommend veterans United to any veteran looking to buy a home! We will absolutely be passing on the word to friends! All realtors love working with you all, and most sellers that never heard of you, loved you once it was all over and deal was over and completed. Hannah Liebhart and her entire team , Lauren Sprague, Emily Gandy, Kole Berry, and others I am sure behind the scene, did an outstanding job again....what a team effort.Precise execution of loan processing, and all upstream and downstream processes. I want to emphasize that Garet was very responsive. However, the underwriting department and coordination left something to be desired. We were repeatedly asked for things we had already submitted and had to FIGHT for the house to have the correct city listed. The house DOES have a shared zip code, but being the people who live her, we KNOW the correct village/city. My wife has experience in business and mail beiing returned if the correct city is not listed. Yet we had to fight that.
