Mickey was fantast, and reliable(give the man a raise!), he was very on top of it for us but the underwriting process wasn't great but maybe that's typical. Got asked same questions several times that we wrote out. And communication could have been better between departments. I will say we did go thru several houses before finding right one so that whole deal is a process within itself. But it the end we got our home so thank you!
Jimmy was great! Super helpful and always reached out to give me updates and answer my questions. Awesome guy!
Overall it was a great experience, there were a couple of moments that were a bit confusing but everyone was quick to answer any questions and straighten out any issues i had. Very easy to work with and i really enjoyed the experience!
Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. I would absolutely recommend veterans United to any veteran looking to buy a home! We will absolutely be passing on the word to friends! All realtors love working with you all, and most sellers that never heard of you, loved you once it was all over and deal was over and completed. Hannah Liebhart and her entire team , Lauren Sprague, Emily Gandy, Kole Berry, and others I am sure behind the scene, did an outstanding job again....what a team effort.Precise execution of loan processing, and all upstream and downstream processes.
