Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. I would absolutely recommend veterans United to any veteran looking to buy a home! We will absolutely be passing on the word to friends! Veterans United is overall pretty great and they make it easy to get them everything they need for a home loan. They only negative I would say is that they assigned me a realtor who reached out and then ghosted me not responding to any texts so I used my own realtor which then led to small differences in what my realtor would tell me vs what veterans united would tell me. I’m sure if you used their assigned realtor and if their assigned realtor wouldn’t ghost you then this would be an even more seamless process.
Veterans United made my homebuying experience exceptional. Their communication was fast, clear, and consistently helpful. The entire process, from understanding each step to completing digital signatures, was seamless and stress‑free. The online tools were intuitive, everything worked flawlessly, and my team (Alexis, Alex, and Ty) was always there to ensure I fully understood what was happening.
