While I have been very pleased with the level of service provided, I have observed that current market rates for comparable profiles appear more competitive elsewhere. Consequently, I believe it would be financially prudent for me to explore alternative financing options to ensure I am securing the most economical rate.

I was skeptical about where I wanted to live in the beginning but when my son showed me this house on the Zillow App and begged me to go look at it on a Sunday afternoon I'm glad I gave in to him and made arrangements to look at it and it had the perfect lay out for what I wanted to invest in and now that we haven't been able to relax yet I know I will enjoy everything about it when I get finished moving in. The communication between the initial loan startup and the closing was an easy going experience. If you submit documentation in a timely manner, the process should go smoothly.
I did not care for one of the so called team members. Never available via text or phone. Very vague in responses when I asked questions about information she had sent, very confusing information.
Loan officer was good, however there were just too many "to do" items sent after midnight and 2am that I would not see until the next day.

Thanks for sharing this feedback. I’m sorry for the frustration caused by unclear communication and not being able to reach one of the team members when you needed answers. I also understand how confusing it can be to receive multiple to-do items late at night or early in the morning and not see them until the next day.

The process the company has adopted has been streamlined beautifully. The interface is incredibly user-friendly and it's very easy to find any information that may be needed.
