Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. I would absolutely recommend veterans United to any veteran looking to buy a home! We will absolutely be passing on the word to friends! My entire experience from beginning to end went well. Once I was pre-approved, the team really went above and beyond to advise and support me. The person who absolutely deserves all the praise and accolades is Zach Kieffer. He is the most pleasant, smart, and patient person I have ever dealt with. Time and time again, he never hesitated to answer any question I had. I had a ton of questions. He was well spoken, polite, and explained to me everything that I could ask him. He always answered my emails. He always answered my phone calls. Towards the end of the process, I had several questions. I was nervous. It happened to be on a Saturday. I emailed with the knowledge that he would probably not answer them until he got to his office on Monday. I was totally surprised to see that within an hour, Zach had gotten back to me and calmed me down, and talked me through the problem I was having. He is an asset to Veterans United.
