Haley and Danielle were incredible. It was clear that they truly cared about us and our experience.The underwriting team, however, I wanted to say horrible things too. Everyday, it was some new bullshit thing they had never mentioned before that they needed in order for us to close. Sometimes, it was even something we had already provided. We closed 2 days late because the underwriting team couldn't get their shit together, resulting in additional hotel and moving truck expenses. I hope they step on a lego once a day til the end of time.

This is the 2nd time I have purchased a home using a VA lender. Zach is at the top of my list for loan offices as well as Veterans United.
