Someone suggested we check out the rates they were offering for loyal customers and we had been with this bank over 12+ years. I highly recommend Veterans United! Even with the delay due to the pandemic, the mortgage team made the process go smoothly. Jared gives me a call every time there is an update on the process so I never feel like I’m out of the loop.
We talked twice on the phone other then that a few texts I just felt like it would have been nice to have someone check in more and explain the whole process better for a first time home buyer we will not be using you guys if we buy again just because we felt like things we not really explained to us and we would get texts instead of a phone call to do something on the website

The whole process was so smooth and easy! Any time I had a question, it was answered in detail. We ultimately closed 2 weeks early! The online tools (file uploads, esigning documents) is robust and reliable. Awesome experience and highly recommend.
