Every member of the team was great. As a first time home buyer on my own, they walked me through everything. Heading experiences from my friends, I was expecting lots of work and stress. Ryan, Jill and Samantha walked me through everything, answered every question, followed up with me, and were very patient and understanding of any situation. My loan team was great , I have delt with loan specialist before, however Arron Foster and Mallory Licklider were probably the best I have ever had. They were available anytime I needed them either by phone or by email, and I feel they went out of there way to help me with my home purchase .
