This my second home loan that I have made through Veterans United. As soon as my wife and I made a decision to buy another house, Scott was the first person I made contact with for a home loan. Scott remembered me and quickly got the home loan process started and took care of us every step of the way. He is almost like family to us!
VU understands VA Loans and the challenges associated with being a military family. If you are in the market for a new home and you plan to use your VA eligibility, there is no other mortgage company I would turn to to help me through the process!

Overall it was a good experience. I felt comfortable with the staff. They were friendly, courteous and well informed. Since buying a home is not something you do to often I felt I had a good team around me to guide me and had my best interests in mind. I do recommend VA home loans.
I can't recommend Veterans United highly enough! As a veteran, I felt valued and appreciated personally throughout the buying process. Between the extremely knowledgeable and responsive loan specialist(s) and the Veterans United website that's easy to use and informative, the entire process was laid out perfectly in clear stages. I always knew what was expected of me and when items were due - there were no surprises whatsoever, and no stress. I really felt like the Veterans United folks were looking out for my best interests the whole way. For such a major financial decision, what more could a homebuyer ask for?
It may take a while but it is worth the time.
