Veterans United made things easy and transparent. The website was easy to use and automatic alerts kept us aware of exactly where we were in the process through closing.

I have never purchased a home before. As a widow of a vet, the opportunity of using VA benefits was incremental in my ability to purchase a home., Veteran's United provided thorough and detailed understanding of the entire process. The immediacy of response through phone, email or text was remarkable. I am very fortunate to have Veteran's United as my chosen lender.

I truly enjoyed my experience with Veterans United, and will highly recommend Veterans United.

Go for iit. You will be glad you did, feom start. to finish

My experience was truly outstanding. Everyone was so nice and willing to help me understand everything. As a first time home buyer that was so important to me.

They are very quick to close. Love it.

The team was in contact throughout the entire process and helped smooth out bumps that came up in a timely manner.

Erin Jensen, the Transaction Coordinator for our Loan Team (expertly led by our Loan Officer Mike Dianics), delivered superior customer service in handling the day-to-day communication with my spouse and me; extremely knowledgeable, courteous at all times, and always immediately available and responsive when needed. Andrew Gladstone, our Loan Specialist, was highly effective in handling our initial contact with Veterans United, moving us through the pre-approval stage, and ensuring we were cared about through the entire buying transaction.

Use the to do checklist. Good communication vital in search. Competitive rates.

Everyone we work with was very professional and they were down to earth and explained everything very well

Record time to close! 16 short days and we are in our new house! Thanks to Tim, Joshua and the entire team!

I highly recommend veterans untied to any vet out there! They have great Customer care and compassion for Veterans. They make the homebuying experience a little less stressful and are always there when you have a question.

If you are a first time homebuyer, brush up on how the entire process works. My realtor (given by VU) was amazing. VU not so much. It didn't seem like I was their priority. My loan officer couldn't even remember my name, and caused me to miss my closing date by 4 days because he didn't communicate with my realtor, the title company, or myself. Overall, a pretty terrible last week of the process.
