As a first-time homebuyer, I was initially afraid of what to expect as I had heard nightmares from friends regarding their homebuying experience; but tell you what, this was a breeze....thanks to Veterans United. From the day that I decided I was ready to purchase a home, Veterans United was there to guide me. They recommended a superb real estate agent, and he was the best. He was diligent as he worked countless hours to ensure that every home we visited met my needs and wants. The team at Veterans United was no different. My Loan Officer, Alex Herbel, and Loan Coordinator, Glenn Steely, were top of the line, They went out of their way to ensure that I was constantly updated with the status of my loan, from day one to the closing date. My loan specialist and his team were absolutely amazing. They were very professional, knowledgeable and so kind. Homebuying can be a stressful time for some people but for me, it was a smooth process from the very first time I spoke with my Loan specialist to the day I signed closing documents. The process from start to finish can be a long one, but with people like Jessica, and Leanna and Kim, it seemed shorter. The are very determined to get you in a home. Listen to what they tell you, it will lead you to home ownership.

I won't say the process was simple, but it was a lot better than I was expecting. My team always got back to me with answer for my questions (and I had more than a couple), and helped me get everything I needed done. If I ever have to do it again, I'd definitely come back to them.
