I would recommend to who ever a veterans to go for it

Veteran United was awesome. The online portal made it easy to keep up with what docs were needed and what docs had been submitted. I couldn’t be more please with the level of care provided by Veterans United. End result I am now a homeowner. Couldn’t have done it without you all, especially you Kath!

Very good experience and would highly recommend Veterans United Home Loans.

great doing business with you stev codi brian

Easily the best customer experience I've ever had!

Hands down the best we ever dealt with. The relationship they build with you is amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with!!

-Great lender to work with.-If you are willing to conduct 90% of the process done view a web page and email, then this is the right company for you. My advice is that you keep watch on your email and the lender webpage as if you are awaiting a secret code to a million dollar postal box. If you can do that, then you have an outstanding lender.

I would highly recommend Veterans United head and shoulders above other lenders I have attempted to work with. When we ran into issues they always had a plan and a reachable solution! We found the home and closed when we planned to! Great experience all the way around!

Very experienced personel, will answer all your questions.

Veterans United was great. When I asked questions my team was there to explain. From start to finish it took about 3 months. I was able to get a house within my budget and the process took about 30 days once I found a house. I think if there are any Veterans out there renting, they are crazy and really need to understand that this company is here to walk you though and help anyway they can!! Thank you for all the help!!

This was a very frustrating process. The loan specialist had underlings who were evidently fairly new or uninterested in providing exactly what was needed for documentation. Each time I was asked for something I had to provide it in several different formats. Also I would receive bits and pieces of what was needed. My loan specialist (Ben) was very helpful towards the estimated time of close but it would have been nice to have his help all along. My close date was postponed by a week. In the meantime I had to stay in a hotel and rent the moving van for that week. This along with buying takeout cost me an extra $200.00 a day.
Response from Veterans United
Thank you for sharing your frustrations Keith. Getting approved for a VA home loan does require some specific information be provided, and new information can also lead to more documents being needed. We apologize if you felt your loan team was not on top of your home purchase. We will use your comments to review the steps that led to your delayed closing so we can prevent the same situation from happening to future Veterans.
Veterans United is amazing. They were recommended to us by my brother. We worked with Mrs. Hart's team. They made our home buying process quick and painless. Every person that works their is polite, personable and highly professional.Any and all questions I had were answered quickly and to my satisfaction. They did an amazing job through out the whole process. The recommendations they gave us helped immensely and saved us money on 3 occasions.I can't recommend Mrs. Hart, Toni, Melissa, and Emily and all the VU staff enough. We were very impressed and highly Satisfied. They are good people.
