Before Trish, I had been in touch with 2 other realtors (NOT from Veterans United) trying to get this whole home buying thing figured out. None of them seemed concerned about what WE wanted in the house, were just plain pushy and didn’t really care for us as people outside of being buyers. I knew I was going with Veterans United, so they put me in touch with Trish Goff, who had a fantastic track record of helping veterans. I truly believe she was put in our lives for a reason. From the very first phone call with her, I could tell she was different than the others. She listened wholeheartedly to all my concerns, and was sincere in everything she told me. You could tell she genuinely cared for my family and getting us the best possible house and deal we could find, which she 100% did.
Throughout us looking for a house, she worked tirelessly, quickly, and efficiently. When we told her there was a house we wanted to see, she was in touch with the sellers IMMEDIATELY and didn’t waste a second of time. We were able to see the house we ended up buying THAT DAY, and with her help and know-how, we got the offer in very quickly-which I think helped us get the house overall. She is well known in the business and has good, sturdy, professional relationships with other people in this business, and I can definitely see why!
Of course, this being our first house, my husband and I were scared. I was never afraid to express my concerns to Trish. You could see in her eyes, in her expressions, in her body language, and most of all in her work ethic that she authentically cares about the people she works with, and I sincerely believe she will do nothing short of magic when it comes to getting veterans (or ANY buyer) what they need and want.
I must have asked the same question dozens of times, but Trish was just as straight-forward and sweet answering it the 100th time that she was answering it the first time. I was NEVER afraid to ask her anything, clarify anything, and tell her what was going through my mind at any point. Even when we were signing the final papers, she made sure I wasn’t confused and everything was being addressed. I had a few questions even then, which she stopped and took the time to explain thoroughly. Often times during this process, she answered the questions I had before I was even able to ask, which showcases her expertise and knowledge of the industry. She was always there to give her professional advice, which we truly valued.

Great company with a great staff, very helpful and informative.
Veterans United made buying a home a positive experience for me. They provide you with a checklist and help ensure you stay on track. Any additional items they need from you they reach out and move quick to ensure you stay in track. Buying a house and using local banks can be stressful, however Veterans United do all the work for you to make it a postive experience.
I never right reviews on anything, but purchasing our new home using veterans united and everything they did for us, I just had to leave a review and they were awesome!!
