This has been one of the best experiences and memories I and my wife could have going through every stage of the home buying process. We was afraid because we are first time home buyers due to the horror stories you hear. When I first reached out to this company I was connected with a home consultant Named Tandi she was super nice and patient. She kept in contact with me for a year until my lease was up and started preparing me for home buying walking me through getting my credit score up. I had been working with another company for 3 months and it did not go well felt like they was blowing me off when my credit score wasn't were they wanted it. When I got Tandi it took us 3 months to get my credit score up from the advice she gave me. I went from a 579 score to 680. Once we reached my goal we hit the pre approval stage. We was nervous and scared because we are first time home buyers. I am so thankful she linked us to an awesome loan team. It felt like they was holding our hands going through the home buying process. They even linked us to a realtor who we could relate to being her husband was a retired Veteran so we had a very lot in common and she was the best. I never thought purchasing our dream home through VA Home loans would be this smooth. If hitting a bump my loan team was on it. I am so grateful and appreciative of them. I wouldn't work with any other company when purchasing a home being retired military using my VA Loan these guys know the ends and outs of the VA Home Loan process. As a first time homebuyer, this could not have gone any better. Everyone was very informative as well as knowledgeable about the entire process from beginning to end. My fears of throwing money at a huge investment were immediately shattered when I was guided through the process. The online portal made life much easier and if I had a question, I could call and immediately receive an answer.
