VU has always been great at answering all my questions. They are efficient and quickly return phone calls and emails. The overall customer service is great. Not once did I feel like they were just trying to get business, but that they actually cared about me and family. Ross always made sure the contract was favorable for us. Probably the biggest surprise, was they sent gifts to my child right after closing.

There was a lot of last minute stuff that I needed to do right away. That was kind of a pain but mostly the interest rate upset me the most.
