Even though I have never actually met Randy, except on the phone, I think of him as a friend. He made everything go smoothly. He never talked down to me and I felt I could ask him anything. It was a good experience for this Buyer. He was frustrated at times over the amount of documentation that was needed, but I had told him this would happen and that we would have a closing where his only concern was moving. Good experience for him.

I happened to stumble upon Veterans United. What a blessing for us. Using them was the easiest home buying experience I’ve ever had.
What a great experience! They make it so easy with the app. No more having to fax tons of pages of information, just take a photo of the necessary documents and upload them. The app “to do” list keeps your tasks at your fingertips. The staff we dealt with were kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We went from toying with buying a new home to closing in less than 2 months. I will definitely tell our friends about Veterans United.
