I wanted to mention Jessica and Alex and so many others I can't remember at this time. I am an anxious person when I don't know people well, but your entire office has been so friendly and helpful and made everything easy for us. I didn't have that anxiety once I talked to each one of you. I either typed an email, texted or made a phone call without stress. That means so much to me. Thank you all for your help. We love our home. We'll definitely refer friends and family.

The home buying & loan processes have changed quite a bit over the years with much of the process now performed on-line-which at times, can feel overwhelming & less personal. However, my Veterans United team provided assistance & support every step of the way. I would highly recommend my Veterans United team.

Veterans united team exceed our expectation, the process was smooth all the way and our experience as first time home buyers was outstanding! I will 100% recommend!
Have a few issues:
1. When I first applied with VA United I was informed that my closing costs were part of the loan, once I found a home and went to start the closing it changed, and I was told that closing costs were not allowed to be put into the loan. This was very frustrating since I signed a contract with the other homeowner for no closing cost assistance.
2. During the closing process, I could not believe how many times I found mistakes on the cost sheets. Again, very frustrating since I felt I was lied to once.
Ty guys for everything. Will be referencing you guys to whoever need the push.

There wasn’t an option for my loan coordinator Tim Waldron but I’ll leave my notes on this box. Not only was Tim on a mission to get me this home, but he was also the nicest person ever. He was very genuine and had a great attitude. I could tell how happy Tim was when we would get things approved and when I got my clear to close, such a great guy! He was on top of his game and whenever something would need to be done it would get relayed to me super quick! He was so helpful. I could go on and on about how great this guy was but I don’t think it would fit in the box! I’ll close with this… Tim was a great person and great loan coordinator!
The whole Veterans United Team made something that seemed impossible to me, a reality! I had never purchased a home from afar and they assisted with every step and kept things moving smoothly.
