There wasn’t an option for my loan coordinator Tim Waldron but I’ll leave my notes on this box. Not only was Tim on a mission to get me this home, but he was also the nicest person ever. He was very genuine and had a great attitude. I could tell how happy Tim was when we would get things approved and when I got my clear to close, such a great guy! He was on top of his game and whenever something would need to be done it would get relayed to me super quick! He was so helpful. I could go on and on about how great this guy was but I don’t think it would fit in the box! I’ll close with this… Tim was a great person and great loan coordinator!
The whole Veterans United Team made something that seemed impossible to me, a reality! I had never purchased a home from afar and they assisted with every step and kept things moving smoothly. A special shout out to Casey Schaedel my loan officer!! He responded in a timely manner and did an amazing job explaining anything that I had questions about. He was very transparent, I never felt pressured like he was just trying to gain business(I know we all hate those types of interactions). He was also personable which I really appreciated.
