This is the easiest process I've had buying a home. My first was a long process with running around everywhere, but Jeff and the team at United Veterans took care or the majority of the process online. They provide a "to do list" and allowed a majority of the paperwork to be emailed in to save a lot of time and travel. An excellent and easy process from start to finish.

Underwriter department was causing unnecessary delays. Throughly reviewing documents is understandable, but delaying a closing by weeks instead of days is ridiculous. If they’re going to continue to request new info or updated info, they should probably put re-reviews at the highest priority rather than another “up to 3 more days” for review again every time.
