Hey you Veterans of any war, I gotta tell you, you wanna buy a home, these guys know there stuff, and treats us like we're somebody, with respect, I called to see if I could qualify, next thing i know there setting me up with a real estate agent asking me what kind of house do I want? Wow!! I was amazed on the amount they were willing to let me borrow to buy a house, and they took care of all the paper work, made it so simple, I would have purchased a house years ago if I knew it was that easy,

If I have any reservations it was may be with the underwriting. We received some initial disclosure statements during the process. The first two were the same and showed an amount we were prepared to pay for at our close of escrow. However, the final disclosure came in a few days before the official closing date and was $1800 higher that previously cited. We were fortunate that we had the funds, but it was a bit of a shock. Other than that, the overall process was very good.
