We were a little frustrated with how the numbers on our loan documents kept fluctuating with no explanations so we were constantly doing math to ensure they added up, which they didn’t at first. Thankfully our loan officer was amazing and everything got taken care of. I think our biggest frustration was the constant delays of the refinance process. At first it was just 6mos and we were eligible for the IRRRL refi, then there was allegedly another delay bc of a VU policy. Just made no sense. But our loan officer was great even when we were not the most pleasant. No matter who you use, the numbers game will always be frustrating. If you have a great team it’s a lot easier. We were fortunate.
From the beginning with the officers that help me fix credit where it needs to be done all the way through the purchase and closing oh, there were a lot of details and things that I would have never known about but work navigated with the staff of veterans United that I would not have ever been able to do by myself. I greatly thank everybody that started on this journey with me over a year ago till I found the right place. And I was looking into different states 3 to be exact. And each time I was accommodated what's good personnel that spoke to me and broke down all my concerns very accurately. I thank them all greatly once again.
