They take time to answer detailed responses in order to make sure the buyer has a 100% understanding. I would recommend to every veteran that is looking to buy a home.
I was no notified that if my Closing Date changed I would have points taken. End up having to pay for points because the Closing date got extended due to COVID-19

If you feel a refinance is right for you ,VA united is the way to go .
Don’t use Veterans United. There are other groups out there that will take better care of Veterans. Do your homework and make sure your loan officer isn’t trying to squeeze un-necessary hard earned money from your pocket.
