The only thing i can think of for improvements would be for future customers is that when your paperwork goes to underwriting and they need additional documents, dont put them at the bottom of the queue to be looked at again once they are within 2 weeks of closing. We almost didnt close because we kept getting put at the bottom of the queue.

When you have a question or concern, you are NOT calling into a “que” for the next available customer service representative.The VU client on-line system is one of the most user friendly systems we have used. It is as combination checklist and timeline for your loan as it progresses. In summary, VU has shown us the best of People and Service.
