The staff were very professional and on top of everything. They really made the process smooth.






It took over 6 months to close on our loan, and it was not until we escalated things to client relations that the process was completed.

We were a bit leery of doing the application electronically, but the procedure was pretty self guiding and help was a phone call away. The response was always immediate. Jamie and Jason “held our hands”, and were patient with our concerns.


The underwriting process was redundant and significantly delayed the process. They kept coming back for more documentation even though we had been told they had everything needed to make a decision. Would have been nice to know up front what was needed rather than receive multiple requests.
