The over all process was easy. My loan officer answered me every time I had a question. The realtor worked with us in finding the home and kept us informed. Overall, it was a good process.

I was honestly lost with being a first-time homebuyer and he guided me (thoroughly) through every step of the way! From being pre-approved to the documentation I needed to the scheduling. Ashton made sure to not only update me every step of the way but he also went out of his way to check up in between and after closing to ensure I was nothing but satisfied with his/VU’s work and with my home. They made the home loan/purchase process fairly simple. Definitely made the process a lot more bearable. If you haven't purchased a home in a long time or this your first purchase, they will walk you through the process explaining things along the way. They provide a straight forward "To-Do List" to help guide you through gathering the necessary documents, as well as, even provide videos on their app that explain the various stages and documents, procedures along the way and what to expect next.
