My husband and I were trying to get a loan from another mortgage lender, but we wanted a second opinion as the process was not smooth and the customer service was lacking. And we bought a foreclosure! We are first time home buyers and this process was just so smooth and painless. I really appreciate our lender, Bo Clapp, and his excellent customer service skills. It's hard to find in a lot of companies these days. Veterans United is a very good company to go with and I will definitely use them in the future.

My fellow veterans, just like the military preaches... communication is key. I would have to say to a fellow veteran to be calm and patient and do the best you can to communicate with your team. Hostility won’t get you anywhere. Remember time can’t be stopped and things can be fixed with the right amount of time. Good luck to all!!
