From before I even had the credit to qualify for the loan, Veterans United was very helpful in guiding me along the way to home ownership. I was referred to a free credit counseling service where I was treated well and given frequent updates on where I was in the process. The pre-qualification was simple and I felt no question went unanswered. Ashley and her team were very supportive and quick to react when I needed something. I would 100% recommend this company to any veteran who is considering home ownership. There isn't a single thing I look back on that I would say needs improvement.

This is my second home with Veterans United and every call and email was answered with Awesomeness! From the first call I made a month ago to talk options to my last call to inform the transaction coordinator about some closing info, I was treated like I was the president of the free world calling in even though I was a repeat customer. All my questions were answered patiently and completely so that I could make an informed decision on an issue that might arise along the way. I will be constantly be on the lookout for other veterans that will be in need of using their VA entitlement and will tell them... "Before you call anyone else. The veterans united team is great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a VA loan, however I would use your own realtor as the one we were assigned through them was terrible. Again, the loan team was fantastic and answered any an all questions my wife and I had promptly and courteously.
