Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I cannot imagine any way that they could have done more to help me with my VA loan process. It was fast, as easy as getting a big loan could be, and low-stress. Thanks for everything, Ty!
Great organization. Very professional and knowledgeable. Made the process of buying of first home too easy. Thanks for y'alls hard work.
I would recommend any veteran looking to buy a house to work with Veterans United. I was not in the position to buy right away, but Veterans United worked with me, getting me where I needed to be and in the position to buy my house. I can happily say I am now a first time veteran homeowner!
This was an amazing experience and I am beyond thankful for all vets united has done to help me realize my dream of being a homeowner.
Combo of Mariano and Melissa Dow was beyond outstanding. When Mariano informed me that he recommends Melissa Dow and that I would like her. And that she will be very helpful during my home search. He was right. Melissa went above and beyond during this process. Informed me and guide me. She kept informed 24 hrs a day. Melissa thank you for such great service. And for keeping my mind at ease during this process. Thank you so much.

Along with Matt Istwan, Danielle Tyree deserves a large amount of recognition. We worked with her with the Lighthouse Program and she was outstanding. Extremely professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about our situation. Thank you Veterans United for employing these types of people.
Very refined process, especially for a first time buyer. Refinancing seems a bit more tedious but still a fairly smooth process. Staff is very friendly and easy to work with. I would use them again, no doubt.
I have two mortgages with these guys and I’ve refinanced each of them. I couldn’t ask for a more painless process. Everything was DocuSigned (except notarized closing docs of course) and people are in touch every step of the way. I would definitely do business again, and highly recommend them to any fellow veterans looking for an honest mortgage company. Keep up the good work VU!

There are some summary forms that show the highlights, but they still miss the first payment date. You guys should make one that has 5 pieces of information. 1) Projected closing date, 2) Money to close/cash out, 3). first payment date, 4) Expected first payment date. Most to be determined, but have on home page and fill in as they firm up.
If you are going to buy in the Clarksville area, please make Veterans United your first stop. Even if your credit isn’t so great they have a free program that lets you know what you need to do to repair your credit and get your score up. There are plenty of lenders out there to choose from, I chose Veterans United because of how personal they make the home buying process. They definitely care for their clients and treat you great, you’re not just another paycheck to them.
I have had three previous VA home loans (one a refinance) and this was honestly the easiest I’ve ever done. They give you a to-do list and after you’ve completed the items on the to-do list they check them off. When you call to speak to your loan officer or anyone on that team, you aren’t calling some random customer service agent, you actually are speaking with the people who are handling your file. We’ll definitely be going through Veterans United for our next home loan.
