Rob Weigand was our home loan specialist , this is the second time we have worked with Rob and his team. Rob goes above and beyond for his clients. There was never a phone call or a message that he didn’t respond to. Rob was knowledgeable and professional. The entire process was so streamlined with Rob at the helm that we had no worries. We hope to work with Rob and Veterans United again the future!
This was a great home buying experience. As a first time buyer, the process was easy and unstressful. If I ever had a question it was answered quickly and help was there every step throughout the process. If I did not understand something it was explained well. Veterans United... how do I begin to write a review that puts justice to the past couple years. We started this journey over 3 years ago. Credit issues, auto accident, child, another child and more credit issues - and during that time there was only a helping hand from VU. Never did I imagine actually purchasing a home; more so, this damn easy. Anyone who has concerns or that thought "it won't work" and "it can't happen" - VU is the team of people and companies that can and will make the dream become reality. I am forever grateful to my entire team from VU's Lifehouse to my VUHL team.

The appraiser was not the best as far as timelines go. Things on her part were not done in a timely manner.
The loan process was fairly easy but the only thing I didn’t like was that you have to purchase insurance that covers the replacement cost and not the home value or how much the house was appraised for.
It was a great pleasure having the people at Veterans United. I had an outstanding team that was with me from the beginning to the end.
