They got the process done. Not very efficiently or smoothly but they did get the process done. I would recommend more personable loan specialist than Veterans United. Their videos are helpful but often came too late or showed me how me team was failing to communicate with me.

I really appreciate Veterans United...twice they have helped me purchase a home and both times I knew they had my back. I am the widow of a fallen veteran, after his death, I needed to relocate...The process of a home loan is so major, but Veterans United always kept communications open with me and made the end result a smooth transaction..
