I was disappointed I was told to call and lock my interest rate so if the interest went up I would be protected. I did call and I reminded the lenders of that before they wrote the contract. The interest went up and they charged the new rate. I told them and they gave me the dumbest reason why they couldn’t honor what they had promised. That left a bad taste in my mouth and all the good work they did was negated by this false explaination. I was business man, college professor, license baptist minister amoung many other title and my word was as good as a written contract and that is the reason I didn’t back down from signing the contract. Other wise everything else on scale ofOne to ten was good

Was extremely satisfied with the overall outcome. It was a lengthy process but staff was able to work diligently to get loan completed. I was extremely happy with Jeremy being thoughtful in sending my family a care package for my son's college football team. Absolutely awesome!!
