My only negative that i have with this whole experience was the impersonal relationship i had with Jaclyn through the entire process. While she was quick to answer all my questions (through emails) i never once got her on the phone to actually "talk" to her and i called multiple times with questions that (at the time) were weighing heavily on me. I feel like when someone is getting a loan of any magnitude there should be some level of person to person communication outside of emails. I don't just sit with my email screen loaded constantly refreshing all day everyday. Sometimes it takes hours before i check it again, i just feel like things could've gone a lot smoother with a text saying "hey, i just sent you some stuff to your email you need to check out" and a call back saying "Hey, i was out of the office atm. Give me a call and let's go over your concerns.". Thank you
