During the entire process we felt like we had someone there to guide us through any uncertainties. Our loan was a va loan but we had zero va entitlement left after having a deed in lieu of foreclosure 2 years ago and we needed to use our second tier va loan entitlement. Many other banks and brokers didn’t even know what that wAs . Jodi knew right away told us all the guidelines and got our loan approved and closed in 30 days . My husband had even just switched jobs and was only at his new job 30 days and she still got our loan to go through we are so appreciative .
