I would only wish they had not removed 11 months worth of property taxes when I bought my home three months at the end of the year. Also, they tripled the actual percent of my property taxes, so they will have to send a significant refund to me next year.

The process itself was not very “warm and fuzzy” when it came to helping customers understand their options and exactly how the process work. Now I have just found out that our loan was sold to another mortgage company before we hold even made our first payment 😔
